Deployment = Over!

Michael called at 3:20 this morning.  He's back in the U.S.A. and was in Atlanta!  He should be on his way back to San Diego now!!  I wish we could be there to welcome him back.  I feel really bad about that.  Mom and Dad are flying down in a couple weeks to spend the weekend with him; I'll be staying in Tok to watch the animals.  I have ZERO days left to take off.  I'm hoping that he will be able to come up to Tok soon.  I haven't seen him since September of 2008, when he graduated from boot camp.  This is, without a doubt, the longest amount of time we've ever gone without seeing each other.  And I am NOT a fan of it!
